Shelley Mikeska is the Director of Revenue Operations at Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard. She has over 25 years experience in accounting and financial management for the legal, transportation, and consumer goods industries. Shelley’s specialty is streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Shelley earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland. She contributes a lot of her professional success to the influence and support of her dad. Growing up in a family business, she learned quickly how every financial decision affected the business. Her dad’s motto, which he wrote with a stick in the concrete sidewalk he poured in the backyard of her childhood home, has stuck with her through adulthood “Hard Work Pays.”

She enjoys spending time with her husband, her two young adult daughters and her mom. All four are Shelley’s favorite travel and dinner buddies. When not spending her free time with horses, you will find Shelley crocheting or working on other needlework projects.
