Alison Rodney is an experienced litigation management attorney focused on the defense and counsel of automotive clients in complex product liability and class action cases, vehicle safety, and regulatory affairs.
Over more than 20 years, Alison has partnered with her clients’ in-house legal staff to advise and assist in all aspects of product-related litigation, regulatory compliance matters, governmental investigations, internal investigations, and the development of risk mitigation strategies, such as employee training and policy/procedure implementation.
Alison is also skilled in designing and administering efficient, cost-effective processes for corporate litigation management and regulatory compliance, including national discovery programs and instituting an Independent Monitor liaison team to interface with a monitor team resident at an OEM pursuant to the terms of a NHTSA Consent Order.
Prior to entering private practice, Alison served as a judicial law clerk for 6 years for the Honorable Barbara K. Hackett and the Honorable George Caram Steeh, both in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
