Claire has been immersed in automotive product liability litigation throughout California and beyond and has defended the design and manufacture of motor vehicles in alleged wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases involving various defect allegations. Claire also has a unique perspective regarding product liability defense having worked in-house on assignment at one of the nation’s largest automotive manufacturers for several years during her time at Bowman and Brooke, LLP.
