Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard are pleased to announce that Alison Rodney has joined the firm’s Detroit office as Counsel. Alison is an experienced litigation management attorney focused on the defense and counsel automotive clients in complex product liability, class action cases, vehicle safety and regulatory affairs. Alison is also skilled in designing and administering efficient, cost-effective processes for corporate litigation management and regulatory compliance, including national discovery programs, and instituting an Independent Monitor liaison team to interface with a monitor team resident at an OEM pursuant to the terms of a NHTSA Consent Order.
Alison obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
