Melinda Palmer is a Litigation Paralegal at Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard.  Melinda has 30-plus years of complex litigation and trial experience in both state and federal court.  She worked for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, a large firm in Newport Beach, California for 15 years and then for a few firms in Albuquerque, New Mexico for 10 years.  She permanently relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in 2014 and previously worked for two other firms, including Bowman and Brooke, attending many trials in automotive product liability cases.

Melinda has on-the-job training and is competent in all areas of litigation from inception through trial.
