Caitlin is a native Phoenician with a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. After graduating, Caitlin received her Paralegal Certificate from Phoenix College and her Certified Paralegal designation from NALA (the National Association for Legal Assistants).

Caitlin has been with Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard since its inception. Prior to that, she worked for ten years at Snell & Wilmer and two years at Greenberg Traurig.

Caitlin specializes in Product Liability Litigation, specifically automotive, pharmaceutical, and medical device cases. She is competent in all aspects of litigation from inception, through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. Caitlin has experience being a lead paralegal at jury and bench trials throughout the country in both state and federal court, complex arbitrations, mock trials, and jury research projects. She is also involved with firm recruiting, onboarding, and training.
