Tony Thomas is an experienced trial attorney and a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps. He was first admitted to practice law in California in 1987 after receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (1984) and his law degree from the George Washington University National Law Center (1987).
Since that time, he has tried catastrophic injury and wrongful death products liability actions, high-value consumer warranty actions, and general civil litigation cases in both state and federal courts. He also has defended manufacturers of motorcycles, industrial equipment, and personal watercraft, often facing multimillion-dollar high-exposure claims.
Additionally, Tony has represented major corporations in environmental cost recovery actions, toxic tort actions, commercial litigation, asbestos actions (friction and non-friction), and construction defect cases.
