Scott H. Morgan has extensive experience defending automotive class action cases alleging consumer fraud, product defect, false advertising, unfair trade practices and various state and federal consumer protection laws.
In a previous role at a leading plaintiffs’ firm, Mr. Morgan represented classes and individuals in mass tort actions involving tens of thousands of claimants and settlements exceeding $1 billion. He was also selected for a national leadership team of attorneys to manage multi-district litigation over a pharmaceutical drug.
